I've been pretty overwhelmed by everything lately, so here's some creative relaxing inspiration to distract me with.

This watercolor is so BEAUTIFUL. Every botanical pattern... even the bugs. I'm in absolute love.
Digital illustrations are so impressive to me - especially these that have SO much detail. I could stare at these for hours.
Wood art using the sun?!?! I'm so impressed and the detail is exquisite.
Monica is a freelance illustrator. Her usage of COLORS, can I just say. Her work is stunning - I have no other words.
ARTICLES:
These articles aren't inspiring in what they are about - it's angering. It's angering and saddening to read "When so many black lives are taken by guns, rubber bullets feel like a repetition of the same thing." But things that anger you can motivate you to fight for change and that's why I'm sharing two articles I read that have sparked that fire in me.
"When so many black lives are taken by guns, rubber bullets feel like a repetition of the same thing. We’ve been having our lives taken by these weapons for so long. It’s traumatizing to see a gun aimed at you. If you’re hit in the wrong place, it could be the end."
In Defense of Looting by Vicky Osterweil by The New Inquiry
"When, in the midst of an anti-police protest movement, people loot, they aren’t acting non-politically, they aren’t distracting from the issue of police violence and domination, nor are they fanning the flames of an always-already racist media discourse. Instead, they are getting straight to the heart of the problem of the police, property, and white supremacy."

I haven't taken a ton of photos recently, but here are a couple of my favorites:
